Job Description

Media Touch is looking for a Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations. He will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, improving performances, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. He will manage a team of vendors.

  • Ensure that all outdoor media operations are done timely and cost effectively
  • Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
  • Forecast requirements; prepare operating annual budget; schedule expenditures; initiating corrective actions
  • Develop operations systems by determining outdoor hoardings and site requirements
  • Manage relationships with key operations vendors and clients
  • Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
  • Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
Skills and Experience
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration/Management, Mass Communication or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in Outdoor media Advertising
  • Ability to delegate and manage a team
